Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer free shipping for orders greater than $25.00  to anywhere in the continental United States. We utilize the most economical providers possible (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Expedited shipping is available upon request but is not offered for free. Sadly, we do not provide any international shipping, yet. 

    Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days; standard delivery usually take 5-10 days.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25. For orders under $25, we utilize the least expensive standard options available. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned unless the item is received damaged.

  • We do not offer exchanges since each item is one of a kind. We will gladly refund any purchase except a custom order.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
